In recent years, the network car industry has developed rapidly. At present, there are 236 network car platform enterprises in China, with more than 3.51 million licensed network car drivers. After gaining a dominant position in the market, individual network car platforms arbitrarily adjust business strategies such as pricing rules, which infringes on drivers' labor rights and interests. Li Huaqiang, head of the Transportation Services Department of the Ministry of Transport, said that the Ministry of Transport will guide and urge the network car platform enterprises to work in compliance with laws and regulations, and adopt more labor contract employment methods to reasonably determine the rights and obligations between the platform and the driver; Supervise and urge the network car platform enterprises to comprehensively consider factors such as work nature, labor intensity, work tasks, local average wages, market operating conditions, etc., reasonably determine the driver's labor remuneration standards, and announce them to the public; It is required that the network car platform enterprises continuously optimize the dispatching mechanism, improve the operational efficiency of vehicles during online period as much as possible, and avoid drivers' overtime work and fatigue driving. 

The protection of truck drivers' rights and interests in the front line of transportation is also widely concerned by the society. Up to now, transportation departments at all levels have visited 78,000 enterprises on the spot, held discussions and exchanges with more than 270,000 employees, and handled about 92,000 law enforcement complaints. The Ministry of Transport, together with relevant departments, interviewed relevant platform enterprises in the name of the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on Collaborative Supervision of New Transportation Formats, and urged them not to induce unreasonable quotations by shippers and vicious low-price competition by truck drivers.
